Who I Am
Who I Am

I’m a systems‑minded operations professional with more than eighteen years of experience supporting work that needed to stay organized, documented, and consistently moving forward. My background comes from long‑term roles inside operational and technical product environments, where clarity and reliable execution were essential every day. Those years shaped the steady, structured approach I use now, especially when coordinating details across different teams. I prioritize making complex tasks structured to ensure every step is clear, accurate, and complete.

What I Do
What I Do

I help teams stay aligned by creating structure around the work they rely on every day. My strengths include documentation, workflow clarity, task coordination, and practical problem‑solving that keeps projects moving without confusion. I focus on making information easier to understand, easier to follow, and easier to maintain, especially when multiple people depend on the same processes. Whether the work is administrative, technical, or operational, my goal is to build systems that support steady execution and reduce the friction that slows teams down. I bring a calm, organized approach that helps people work more confidently and consistently.

My Background
How I Got Here

My experience comes from nearly two decades spent supporting one entrepreneur across three companies with complex operational, technical, and product‑driven workflows. Working within Courtesy Vending, VendScreen, and PayRange taught me how different systems function and how important clear processes are for keeping people coordinated. Those roles required accuracy, clear communication, and reliable execution every day, and they shaped the practical approach I use now. Over time, I learned how to bring order to complex work, communicate details clearly, and keep projects moving without unnecessary friction, the foundation that guides me today.

How I Work
How I Work

I work by creating structure around complex tasks so they stay organized, predictable, and easy to maintain. I focus on designing clear processes, documenting how work flows, and turning unorganized information into systems that make sense. I apply this same approach in Fastfire Services, LLC, the small service company I founded in 2013. I supported multiple clients early on and continued maintaining the business while completing my Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Now I’m re‑engaging Fastfire for small, intentional projects that reflect the clarity, consistency, and dependable execution I value.

What Comes Next
What Comes Next

I’m focused on continuing to build the skills and systems that support the kind of work I want to do long‑term. That includes strengthening my technical foundation, refining how I structure processes, and expanding the tools I use to make complex work easier to manage. I’m also shaping the next phase of Fastfire Services, LLC so it stays aligned with the small, intentional projects I take on today. The goal moving forward is simple: keep improving the way I organize work, deepen my capabilities, and stay ready for opportunities that benefit from clarity, structure, and well‑built systems.
